Q: Tracking Packages?

A: After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier used (depending on your email preferences) with the website that you can track the item.

 

Depending on the courier chosen, there may be a 1-working-day gap between dispatching goods from our warehouse in China and getting the tracking number.

 

If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means we have not sent out your order yet. Most orders take 1-3 days to check, pack, and dispatch. If you are wondering where your order has got to, please contact us in any method you want.
